Senior Fullstack Engineer (Grafana Data Source Plugins | NASA)

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing data source plugins that power Grafana dashboards used by teams worldwide. You will work closely with the rest of the Grafana Division, support the operations and reliability of our plugins in Grafana Cloud, and provide technical support in customer escalations. - Develop and enhance a diverse portfolio of data source plugins that retrieve data for Grafana dashboards. - Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of plugins in Grafana Cloud, delivering on the commitment to world-class observability tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources with agentic workflows and provide technical support in customer escalations.

- Experience participating in an on-call rotation and performing operations/SRE tasks - You are a self-driven individual who understands the power of feedback loops in making roadmap decisions and driving our product forward - You know how to transform ideas into working code, you are able to design a solution, get feedback and deliver large projects - You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action, and willing to take on any challenge - You are an excellent communicator and you enjoy collaboration - Experience with Kubernetes & microservices - Solid experience with Golang & Typescript - Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others - You are customer focused.
