Full-Stack Software Engineer (Alternatives Data Management)

- Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code. - Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery, collaborating with product managers on product requirements. - Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance, and promote best engineering practices.

- Excel at written and verbal communication - Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery - Extensive software engineering experience - Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform - Experience with gen AI for coding - Experience with AWS or another cloud platform - Experience with financial services or wealth management operations - Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems - Experience with object-oriented programming - Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
