The posting

Join NDot AI as a GTM Lead, where you will build the owned-audience growth infrastructure for the future of media. You will manage a pipeline of priority publisher accounts, run customer discovery conversations, scope and negotiate pilot partnerships, close commercial agreements, and own pricing, packaging, and forecasting. You will also build the core GTM motion from scratch, create a feedback loop with Product/Engineering, refine NDot's target customer profile, and help scope and test expansion into an adjacent content vertical. This is an opportunity to shape the product, business model, and GTM motion directly alongside customers, Product/Engineering, and senior leadership.

- Enterprise sales and discovery, pipeline building, negotiation/closing, pilot scoping, pricing and forecasting skills - Senior B2B sales/BD experience, a track record of closing complex enterprise deals, and experience building or helping build a 0→1 GTM motion - Executive presence, strong relationship building, commercial judgment, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity - Growth, engagement, monetization or technical/platform sales experience - Strong product instinct and cross-functional collaboration skills - Publisher/media, adtech/martech or consumer-platform experience, ideally with existing senior publisher relationships - Background at scaled consumer/platform companies with publisher-facing teams (e.g., Google/YouTube, Meta, Apple News, Amazon/AWS), publisher/media platforms (e.g., Taboola/Outbrain/Teads, Piano, Arc XP, Chartbeat), or strong enterprise platform sellers (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Stripe, Twilio/Segment)
