Engineering Manager (Robot Data Visualization)

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers specializing in frontend graphics and high-performance backend systems. - Own the technical roadmap across two primary product lines - deep single-vehicle introspection tools and fleet-wide analytics platforms. - Architect strategies to push browser performance boundaries, handling complex 3D rendering, time-series data, video streaming, and multi-layered map assets.

- Engineering Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing, recruiting, and developing high-performing software engineering teams - Technical Background: 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in complex, data-intensive web applications or developer tooling - Browser Performance Expertise: Direct experience or leadership in pushing browser execution limits (client-side memory management, WebGL/Three.js execution, WebAssembly, or large data streaming) - Product & UX Focus: Strong dedication to technical user experience and intuitive UI design for developer workflows - You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position
