Who You Will Be Working With

At PMG, our Analytics team is at the heart of turning data into strategic insights that fuel smarter marketing, media, and business decisions. We go beyond surface-level metrics to uncover trends, optimize performance, and provide clarity that helps brands connect with their audiences in more meaningful ways.

Partner with Analytics, Media Strategy, channel teams and client stakeholders to establish measurement frameworks, learning agendas and KPIs for major brand campaigns and launches. Connect brand studies, platform measurement, incrementality, MMM and other available measurement signals to create a more holistic view of performance. Drive MMM roadmap, data integrations and methodology recommendations. Onboard and integrate Alli Scenario Planner and Brand Equity Index to operationalize measurement framework.

Beyond reporting, you’ll have the opportunity to advance how PMG approaches measurement, experiment with emerging analytics methodologies, and explore AI-driven solutions that enhance marketing performance. You’ll play a key role in developing best practices, solving complex measurement challenges, and shaping how clients and internal teams define and evaluate success in an evolving digital landscape. At PMG, we don’t just analyze data—we use it to challenge assumptions, drive innovation, and shape the future of media and advertising.
