We are looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Architect to join our Applied AI team. In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into practical, production-ready Applied AI solutions that deliver measurable value for our clients. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, senior architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to design and guide implementation of robust AI systems. You will help move AI initiatives from experimentation to production while ensuring reliability, scalability, governance, and responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear solution designs, technical requirements, implementation roadmaps, and measurable success criteria for client engagements.

• Guide and contribute hands-on to prototypes, proofs of concept, and production implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery, robust integrations, and smooth transition into reliable production operations.

• Partner with client and internal stakeholders through discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and roadmap discussions to evaluate AI opportunities, recommend technology choices, and de-risk complex technical decisions.

• Ensure production AI systems are designed and implemented with strong attention to security, observability, evaluation, governance, cost-effectiveness, and ongoing monitoring, retraining, and support.

About You

You are a technically rigorous, client-focused problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment. You are comfortable operating in distributed, global teams and partnering with colleagues across time zones.
