•

Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout client engagements, leading project kickoffs, status meetings, demonstrations, and executive updates. Maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholders remain informed about progress and outcomes.

•

Project delivery and coordination: Own end-to-end delivery plans across AI, data, and application workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, address misalignment, and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

•

Scope and requirements management: Work with clients to clarify business needs, manage evolving requirements, and assess the impact of scope changes on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, tracked, and completed as agreed.

•

Technical communication: Participate in technical discussions and solution design reviews, translating architecture decisions, integrations, and implementation trade-offs into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

•

Business intelligence and reporting: Gather reporting and analytics requirements, translating business questions into KPIs, metric definitions, and functional specifications. Implement reporting solutions in Looker, including data modeling, LookML development, dashboard creation, and Explore design.

•
