AI Growth Manager Ads

Accountabilities: • Own paid acquisition end to end: Take full responsibility for Meta and Google Ads strategy, campaign management, budget allocation, audience targeting, funnel development, and performance optimization, with a focus on profitable customer acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.

• Scale advertising investment: Develop and execute a roadmap to increase annual paid media spend toward $2 million while maintaining strong unit economics, targeting a lifetime value-to-customer acquisition cost ratio above 6 and continuously monitoring return on ad spend, payback, and revenue performance.

• Build an AI-powered advertising operating system: Map existing paid media workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop AI agents that can brief, create, launch, analyze, and iterate on campaigns. Use tools such as Adkit, Claude, and advertising platform integrations to automate repetitive work and improve performance over time.

• Develop a high-volume creative engine: Build and coordinate a scalable creative production ecosystem combining creators, user-generated content, AI-generated assets, and agency support. Aim to produce hundreds of creatives each month, balancing new concepts with iterations of proven winners.

• Create high-performing advertising concepts: Develop compelling, audience-specific messaging and creative angles grounded in customer insights, reviews, sales conversations, and prospect feedback. Test multiple hooks, identify winning concepts quickly, and scale successful campaigns while discontinuing underperforming assets.

• Expand across acquisition channels: Manage existing campaigns while testing new opportunities across YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging advertising platforms, including ChatGPT ads where appropriate. Evaluate channels based on audience relevance, acquisition potential, and measurable commercial impact.

• Own landing pages and conversion funnels: Build and optimize landing pages aligned with individual advertising concepts, audiences, and use cases. Design and execute A/B tests independently to improve conversion rates and connect campaign messaging with the customer journey.

• Ensure reliable tracking and attribution: Own event tracking, conversion measurement, and attribution infrastructure, including the implementation and optimization of the Meta Conversions API. Establish clear visibility from initial ad interaction through signup, first payment, and customer expansion.

• Develop granular growth strategies: Segment campaigns and creative assets by geography, persona, customer pain point, use case, and maturity level. Balance granular messaging and landing-page experiences with campaign structures that allow advertising algorithms to learn efficiently.

• Manage budgets and experimentation: Set budget ramp-up plans, assess the potential downside of significant tests, and make informed decisions about when to scale, pause, or discontinue campaigns. Turn successful experiments into repeatable, automated acquisition programmes.

• Collaborate across growth functions: Work closely with Lifecycle, Website, Influence, and go-to-market teams to repurpose existing content, including videos, influencer assets, and webinars, into effective paid advertising campaigns.

• Share insights and build accountability: Communicate performance results and learnings weekly, establish clear measurement standards, and develop reusable playbooks that help the broader organization understand and improve acquisition performance.

Requirements:

• Proven growth experience: Demonstrated success scaling paid acquisition for a subscription app, prosumer product, or high-growth product-led SaaS business. Experience in e-commerce or mobile user acquisition is a strong advantage; practical achievements matter more than years of experience.

• Advanced paid media expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including audience strategy, funnel optimization, creative testing, budget management, and revenue-focused performance analysis.

• High-volume creative production: Experience producing and testing hundreds of advertising creatives per month, with a clear methodology for generating concepts, developing hooks, iterating on successful assets, and managing creative production efficiently.

• AI and automation proficiency: Practical experience using AI tools, agents, and automated workflows in production environments. You should be able to demonstrate how your systems improve campaign execution, reporting, creative generation, or optimization.

• Full-stack growth capabilities: Ability to build and optimize landing pages, implement tracking, configure conversion events, and run A/B tests independently without relying on dedicated engineering resources for routine execution.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset: Deep understanding of customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, payback periods, and return on ad spend. You focus on revenue and paying customers rather than treating signups or surface-level engagement as success metrics.

• Creative judgment and experimentation skills: Ability to recognize promising concepts, identify meaningful tests, interpret performance data critically, and distinguish genuine insights from misleading results or unreliable AI-generated recommendations.

• Strategic channel selection: Ability to identify where target audiences spend their time and choose advertising channels based on customer behavior and business opportunities rather than simply following competitors.

• Ownership and execution: A highly autonomous, proactive approach, with the ability to build a plan, execute independently, make bold but calculated decisions, and take full responsibility for results without depending on a large execution team.

• Continuous improvement mindset: Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, rapid iteration, and ongoing automation are essential to scaling performance.

• Communication skills: Fluent English and the ability to communicate campaign results, strategic decisions, and learnings clearly across teams.
