- Understanding of technical issues to facilitate resolution of project blockers is a plus - Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming processes - Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model training, inference, data pipelines, evaluation, experimentation), hands-on coding experience is not required - Clear, confident communicator who can bridge deeply technical teams and business stakeholders - Experience working with AI or applied ML teams - Data-driven approach to strategic planning, comfortable reviewing metrics and identifying ways to measure program success - 2+ years of industry experience in program or project management, preferably involving AI/ML, data platforms or large-scale systems - Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification?
