Join Ramp's People Operations team as a Senior Analyst, where you'll be responsible for data workflows, compensation operations, and benefits processes that impact every employee's experience. You'll work closely with the Comp, Finance, and HR teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cross-functional processes.
