Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Marketing)

- Design and implement AI solutions that solve real-world business problems within our Marketing teams. - Collaborate directly with domain experts to deeply understand business challenges, workflows, and opportunities for automation and improvement. - Act as a key member of the broader cross-functional AI engineering team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and successful patterns.

- Fluent communication in English - Hands-on experience experimenting with various AI tools and building out new, AI-driven workflows in production - Proven business understanding and experience working in a business-facing role - A hands-on and curious nature, with an interest in learning and understanding complex business processes - A solution-oriented and outcome-driven mindset, focused on solving problems rather than just pure engineering craftsmanship - A strong background in Software Engineering and Integration Engineering - Familiarity with Marketing technology - Salesforce, Hubspot or similar tools - Experience building on top of LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in a production context - Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar - Not ticking every box?
