The posting
Join CoreWeave, a leading provider of cloud-based infrastructure for AI and machine learning. As the Senior Manager of Physical AI Communications, you will define the narrative for an emerging category, build proof points, and run the media and thought-leadership program. You will work directly with leaders in Physical and Scientific AI, technical experts, and customers building on our platform. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with real influence over how an entire category gets defined.
- Experience translating technical subject matter — infrastructure, hardware, AI/ML, simulation, or comparable — into accurate narratives for non-specialist audiences - Demonstrated experience writing and placing press releases, pitches, bylines, blogs, and executive talking points on technical subject matter - Established relationships with business and technology media, or a documented record of building a beat from scratch in an emerging category - Experience with communications measurement, including coverage analysis, message pull-through, and share of voice - Experience providing direct communications counsel to senior executives, including announcement strategy, spokesperson preparation, and issues management - Demonstrated track record leading integrated product, partner, or customer launches end to end: strategy, cross-functional coordination, writing, pitching, and measurement - 7+ years of B2B technology communications experience — in-house, agency, or a combination — including direct ownership of an earned media program - Experience owning multiple concurrent workstreams to deadline in a fast-moving environment, with hands-on execution rather than agency dependence - You’re curious about how AI moves out of the data center and into machines that operate in the physical world - You have the judgment and the standing to tell a senior leader when an approach won’t land, and a better one to offer instead - You build structure where none exists yet and are comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities - We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring unique backgrounds — even if you don’t check every box. Here are a few qualities we’ve found make someone successful on this team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk - You love owning a category before the market has agreed on what to call it - You’re an expert at finding the story inside technical work without overstating it — you ground narratives in customer evidence and business outcomes - Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, simulation, digital twins, industrial technology, scientific computing, or AI cloud infrastructure - Experience supporting technical founders, engineers, researchers, or product leaders as spokespeople - Global communications experience, including major industry events such as GTC, CES, Hannover Messe, or ICRA - Experience with analyst relations, policy communications, content strategy, or investor communications - A mix of in-house and agency experience
