Join our team as an Applied AI Engineer, where you will build AI-powered solutions for our Clinical Documentation and Medical Coding suite. You will collaborate with product, design, and machine learning teams to design and build services, APIs, and tools that support our SaaS products. Your work will have a significant impact on improving the quality of physician documentation, identifying missing diagnoses, converting documentation to medical codes, and ensuring financial integrity for health systems. You will also have the opportunity to work on AI-native products that correct clinical errors for hundreds of thousands of patients and deliver measurable value for our customers.
- Concevoir et construire des services, des API et des outils pour les produits SaaS. - Travailler sur des produits natifs à l'IA qui corrigent les erreurs cliniques et améliorent la documentation. - Déployer des cadres d'évaluation et des boucles d'expérimentation pour des systèmes de production fiables.
- 1+ years shipping production AI systems to end users - Thrives in a startup environment working on challenging problems - 3+ years in a technical role with a strong foundation in AI and data analysis or backend systems - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field - Healthcare technology experience (EDI,HL7,FHIR) is a plus - Proficiency in Python - Experience designing offline/online evaluations and landing agentic systems
