Senior Data Scientist (Business Analytics)

- Experience with using AI to automate workflows and enable self-serve analytics - Proficiency using SQL and Python or R to analyze large data sets - 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in tech; experience in a marketplace or two-sided platform business is a plus - Strong communication skills — an attentive listener and a compelling explainer across technical and non-technical audiences - Experience partnering with executives to understand business needs and drive decisions - Experience with revenue modeling and forecasting, ideally in a high-growth or public company environment - Exemplary analytical problem solving: a solid statistics foundation, strong business judgment, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to synthesize insight from analysis
