The posting
Join Jobber, a leading software company for home service businesses. As the AI Marketing Enablement Manager, you will drive the adoption of AI in marketing, create practical solutions, and help marketers integrate AI into their workflows. You will work closely with various teams, including Brand, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, Data, and Product teams. This role is open to candidates based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
- Act as a force multiplier for the marketing organization by helping marketers turn ideas into execution faster, reducing repetitive work, and developing new AI-enabled ways of planning, launching, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns. - Take ownership of the assets built during external engagements, ensuring they remain reliable, understood, and extensible after the vendor rolls off, and advance the AI maturity model already in motion. - Build AI-powered tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to real marketing workflows, and establish quality and reliability practices to ensure tools can be trusted against real campaigns and real data.
- Experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, custom assistants, integrations, or agent workflows, and connecting them to real data sources - Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving field, and a habit of keeping current as models, tools, and best practices change - A quality mindset: comfort defining evals, testing outputs, and designing the human-in-the-loop checkpoints that make AI trustworthy in production - A frontier mindset with the curiosity to spot where AI can do something genuinely new, not just faster, and the drive to prototype it, test it, and prove whether it holds - Strong systems thinking with turning one-off improvements into scalable, documented patterns - Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and priorities at once - Hands-on experience using AI to materially improve marketing workflows or business processes, with experience on a working prototype on a real workflow - Strong coaching and enablement skills, with the ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapt to different levels of AI fluency - Strong understanding of marketing work, ideally across demand generation, lifecycle, paid acquisition, SEO/GEO/AEO, content, marketing operations, analytics, or growth - The ability to quickly learn how marketers work today and identify where AI creates meaningful leverage, and the judgment to know what should and shouldn’t be automated - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with modern marketing and data tooling such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Campaign Manager 360, GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Cube, Webflow, or Contentful - Direct experience on a Demand Generation, Growth, Marketing Operations, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing team - Familiarity with current AI development and automation tooling - the specifics change quickly, but today that includes assistants and models (Claude, ChatGPT), agentic and dev tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, agent SDKs), the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting agents to data and systems, orchestration and automation tools (LangGraph, n8n, Zapier, Make), eval/observability tooling, and version control (GitHub) - Experience building internal marketing tools, templates, workflows, or playbooks that were adopted by others - Familiarity with campaign measurement, funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution, segmentation, or personalization - Experience in change management, enablement, consulting, solutions engineering, or technical program management
