As an AI Engineer, you'll design and deploy production-ready AI systems, build agent-based workflows, and integrate AI outputs into hospital applications. You'll work closely with the CTO and founding team, shaping the core AI architecture and machine learning strategy. - Design and deploy production-ready AI systems that automate medical coding and reduce administrative workload in hospitals. - Build and iterate on agent-based workflows tailored to complex clinical operations, ensuring they are effective and efficient. - Partner with the CTO to define the AI roadmap, and own the full lifecycle of each AI feature — research, prototyping, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
