Senior Value Architect (AI Applied)

Join Celonis as a Senior AI Applied Value Architect, where you will lead AI and data-driven business transformation for customers in North America. You will combine technical execution with consulting and project management, orchestrating complex roadmaps and executing targeted transformation initiatives. Your role will involve uncovering real issues, cultivating executive sponsorship, steering global transformations, and championing platform adoption. You should have a deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains, 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales, and a solid background in enterprise IT and business software.

- Spearhead AI and data-driven business transformation, contributing to the customer's end-to-end value journey using the Celonis Context Model. - Uncover real issues within organizations, own the outcome from discovery through realized ROI, and craft powerful executive narratives. - Steer global transformations across complex workstreams, own and implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management.

- Travel Requirement: Frequent US travel is required. Candidates must be eligible for TN status under CUSMA. Continued employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining valid TN status - Domain & Industry: Deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains. You stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases - Experience: 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales - AI & Technical & Fluency: Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). You operate primarily as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding - Strategic Program & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs. Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship. Flawless English communication with commanding executive presence - Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor - Process Improvement & Value Realization: Proven expertise in executing process improvements - Builder Mentality: Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team.
