Engineering Manager - AI Experiences, Copilot Engineering

**Overview** As Microsoft continues to push the boundaries of AI, we are on the lookout for passionate individuals to work with us on the most interesting and challenging AI questions of our time. Our vision is bold and broad — to build systems that have true artificial intelligence across agents, applications, services, and infrastructure. It’s also inclusive: we aim to make AI accessible to all — consumers, businesses, developers — so that everyone can realize its benefits. **About the Team** **Build the frontier of AI on Windows.** Our organization builds frontier AI experiences, including agentic actions that get real work done on your behalf and autopilot experiences that keep working in the background so you don't have to. We move fast. We take new ideas from prototype to customers quickly and learn from real usage as we go. Everything we build serves one goal: making Windows an AI-first operating system. That includes computer-use agents (CUA) that can work across any app the way a person would, and hybrid compute that uses both the device and the cloud to make experiences fast, capable and private. As a manager here, you'd lead a team that ships what's next for a platform used by more than a billion people, and help shape how everyone uses a PC in the AI era. **About the Role** We are seeking an Engineering Manager to help build revolutionary experiences at the intersection of modality and intelligence. The pace is fast. The ambiguity is high. You'll ship things that millions of people use—and you'll ship things that don't exist anywhere else yet. If you want to work on well-scoped problems with clear answers, this isn't the team. If you want to define the future of how humans and AI live and work together, come build with us. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
