**Overview**

Can you turn cloud strategy into clear, practical plans for a market? Do you enjoy working with sales, marketing, partner and engineering teams to deliver results for customers? Are you motivated by plans that drive revenue, growth and long-term market impact?

Microsoft's Cloud & AI Field Sales & Operations organization is hiring a Senior Manager, Cloud Capacity Go-to-Market based in Tokyo. Microsoft is rapidly expanding its cloud and AI datacenter regions worldwide. In this role, you will make sure the services and capacity we bring to Japan match what our customers need, both now and in the years ahead.

This is a new function at Microsoft, and few similar roles exist elsewhere in the industry. You'll join a growing team across Asia, with counterpart teams in the Americas and EMEA. You'll work with Microsoft's sales leadership in Japan and Asia, with Azure engineering and capacity planning teams, and with our datacenter expansion teams. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.
