Join Birdeye, a fast-growing company revolutionizing customer communication through Voice AI. As the Vice President of Products, you will lead the vision and strategy for our Voice AI portfolio, establish market-leading standards, and drive ecosystem growth. You will build and mentor a world-class team, partner closely with executive leadership, and serve as a thought leader for key enterprise accounts. This is an executive leadership role that requires a strong understanding of Voice AI, AI/ML concepts, and experience in building data-driven B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers.

- Comfortable collaborating with engineers in an AI-assisted development environment - Experience building data-driven B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers - 10+ years of product management leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling product teams and portfolios in Voice AI, Conversational AI, Telephony, CCaaS, or enterprise AI SaaS - Based in the United States - Strong technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML concepts - Proven experience attracting, hiring, managing, and developing high-performing product management teams - Strong understanding of Voice AI, STT/TTS models, Voice Agents, LLMs, real-time audio processing, and low-latency architecture - Track record of driving company-wide AI vision, strategy, and rapid prototyping capabilities - Strong product judgment and ability to operate effectively with incomplete information - Comfortable working directly with customers and leading product discovery - Voice AI / AI Agents / Conversational AI - Real-time speech processing (STT, TTS, latency tuning) - AI Receptionist or Telephony / CCaaS / IVR automation - Voice analytics, sentiment analysis, and call transcript summarization - LLM or generative AI products - Competitive intelligence in AI Voice - Call routing and automated scheduling workflows - Enterprise SaaS - AI-assisted software development and rapid prototyping
