- Combiner strategic project ownership with AI workflow automation, gather potential use cases, and dive into key anchor projects. - Take direct ownership of the GotPhoto website, lead the rebuild project from a marketing perspective, and leverage modern AI tools. - Shift from initial workflow setups to owning end-to-end AI initiatives across complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience building AI automations in a professional setting, typically 1 to 2 years - Proof that you ship: you can show us at least one automation you built end-to-end, describe the impact and explain how it handles errors - Experience in SEO/GEO or CRO optimization is a plus - Experience running a website is a plus: publishing and updating content in a CMS - Experience in a high-growth environment where you built with limited documentation is a plus - Working knowledge of MCP, GitHub and basic JavaScript or Python is a plus - Strong working expertise with Claude, including building use cases beyond prompting - Workflow automation with n8n or a comparable tool such as Make or Zapier - Accuracy and safety: you build checks, logging and review steps into every automation - API integration: REST, webhooks and authentication - The Owner: you take full accountability for your projects, from the first workflow to the final output - The Quality Advocate: you prefer a robust, lasting solution over a quick one-off hack - The Experimentalist: you enjoy figuring things out when there is no manual - English spoken and written.
