Senior Analytics Engineer (GTM)

Join our team as a Senior Analytics Engineer (GTM) and drive the GTM data roadmap to build scalable and durable data products. You will build and maintain key data pipelines and marts, create insightful dashboards, collaborate with GTM analyst teams, and communicate complex data concepts clearly. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering, and deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design.

- Experience working with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams - A meticulous attention to detail - Self-starter with the ability to self-project manage work - Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design - 7+ years experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering - Experience building with AI tooling for data such as semantic models, context management systems, and evals - Experience with DBT and GIT - Experience with business intelligence tools - Direct Hex experience is a bonus - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable speaking with business executives and engineers alike and can translate between the two groups at the IC and senior stakeholder level - Expert level knowledge of Salesforce’s data model and other GTM systems - Expert level SQL skills and experience with columnar analytics databases such as Snowflake and Bigquery
