In this hybrid strategy and execution role, you will lead the development of generative AI and creative products for our advertising business. This role requires strong communication and influence skills, significant product management experience, and a background in advertising technology. Enjoy a range of benefits, including unlimited paid time off and work-from-home opportunities.

- At Roku, we don’t just use AI, we work with it. AI agents and smart tools help power drafts, analysis, and repetitive workflows, while our people bring direction, judgment, and accountability. We’re looking for curious, adaptable builders who can show how they’ve used AI or automation to move faster, raise the bar, and scale their impact - We value your AI skills if you have built fluency across the agentic engineering toolchain — coding harnesses like Claude Code or Cursor, MCP servers, custom skills, or agent frameworks. And you can describe projects where you shipped real work with these tools. You know how to drive an agent, verify its output, and ramp on an unfamiliar codebase with an agent helping you - Experience with self-serve advertiser products and the onboarding, policy, and trust needs that come with them (nice to have) - Experience scoping workflows that blend automation with human review, such as editorial, moderation, or approval flows - Demonstrated ability to take a product from beta to general availability with clear launch criteria and measurable adoption - Strong communication and influence skills across engineering, design, sales, operations, and legal, including distributed teams across time zones - Experience with creative tools, design systems, or content production workflows used by agencies, studios, or in-house brand teams (nice to have) - Hands-on experience bringing generative AI or ML-powered products to market, including working through model quality, evaluation, cost, latency, and safety tradeoffs - Significant product management experience, including shipping and scaling platform products - Background in advertising technology, especially CTV, video, or creative management platforms (nice to have) - Familiarity with generative video and image models and the vendor landscape around them (nice to have) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Exposure to agentic or conversational AI experiences and how they fit into professional tools (nice to have) - Experience working with media and entertainment advertisers or publishers (nice to have) - Data-driven decision making, including defining success metrics, setting up instrumentation, reading A/B test results, and acting on the findings
