职位描述 负责度假售前agent测评工程链路的搭建和运维，与产品、算法团队紧密协同，保障测评诊断质量。 任职资格 1. 精通Python，熟悉CrewAI、LangGraph、OpenAI Agents SDK等Agent开发框架，有Agent项目开发经验更佳； 2. 熟悉大语言模型（LLM）的调用机制、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling及Tool Use，熟悉ReAct、CoT、ToT等主流Agent推理范式； 3. 良好的问题分析与调试能力、沟通协作能力佳。
