Join Orakl Oncology, a fast-growing startup at the intersection of science and technology. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the scaling of omics data within the Computational Biology team, designing and building the omics data architecture, ensuring reliable ingestion, maintaining the omics data model, and making the data easy to use. You will work closely with the data engineering team and report to the Head of Computational Biology.
- Design and build the omics data architecture, defining how omics data is stored and ensuring it fits the company’s stack. - Guarantee reliable ingestion of processed omics data, ensuring consistency with the data model definition. - Build and maintain the omics data model, maintaining a curated reference layer as the single source of truth.
