Join GitLab as the Director of Analytics Engineering, where you'll lead a team of 8 and set the direction for the data organization. You'll be responsible for building a trusted, AI-ready self-service model, defining the AI data access strategy, and creating data applications that the entire company relies on. With a focus on data modeling, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, you'll play a key role in driving measurable business impact.
