Senior Product Manager (AI-Native Products)

- Direct, hands-on experience with the LLM product stack: RAG, prompt engineering, evals, model selection trade-offs, latency versus quality decisions, and hallucination mitigation - 5+ years of product management or related industry experience - Have hands-on experience driving action in ambiguous spaces - Strong instincts for what makes AI features get used versus abandoned. You have opinions on onboarding, default behaviors, engagement expansion, and correcting the failure modes that erode trust - Demonstrated track record building for expert users, with a strong intuition for delivering the right solution for the right problem at the right time - Executive-grade written and verbal communication. This team operates in a tight loop with the CEO, President, CTO, and other executives, and the ideal candidate will navigate the different stakeholders with ease - Cybersecurity, security operations, IT operations, or observability product experience - Hands-on experience with agentic systems: tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, or similar - MSP or MSSP channel product experience, including multi-tenant and partner-delivered motions - Experience with AI governance, data loss prevention, or acceptable-use policy enforcement
